Always & Forever Package
Our Always & Forever Package is for couples who would like a consultant to help them plan every detail. Your personal consultant will assist you with selecting a team of vendors to execute your vision and will attend all vendor meetings. You will meet with your consultant monthly/quarterly to review the wedding details, budget, and wedding timeline.
Pre-Wedding:
- Complimentary consultation
- Monthly planning sessions
- Unlimited emails and phone communication
- Create an inspiration wedding vision board
- Provide preferred vendor list and attend all vendor meetings
- Schedule and attend Venue Tours
- Assist couple with establishing and managing budget
- Assist with managing guest list and RSVPs
- Coordinate guest accommodations, and day of wedding accommodations for wedding party
- Schedule final planning session 30 days prior to the wedding to review vendor contract obligations, and discuss wedding day logistics
- Create detailed wedding day timeline
- Create ceremony and reception layout/floorplan
- Schedule venue walk thru with designer to discuss ceremony and reception layout
- Contact vendors by phone or email 2 weeks prior to the wedding to confirm final payments, review contract obligations, and discuss arrival and departure times
- Coordinate rehearsal
Wedding Day:
- Day of coordination
- Additional on-site assistant
- Distribute final payments to vendors
- Management of timeline, vendors, wedding party, and guests
- Set up and breakdown of wedding accessories: guest book, unity ceremony, place cards, favors, and wedding sign
