Wedded Bliss Package

Our Wedded Bliss Package is for couples who would like full control planning their wedding day. You will have 2 planning sessions with your personal consultant to review the wedding details, budget, and wedding timeline. Your personal consultant will review all vendor contracts during the final planning session. To assist with the planning process you will receive monthly email reminders of items to complete.

Pre-Wedding:

Schedule initial planning session to discuss wedding details including planning timeline, checklist, & budget
Create an inspiration wedding vision board
Wedding couple will receive monthly email reminders of tasks to complete leading up to the wedding day
Schedule final planning session 45 days prior to wedding to discuss wedding day logistics & review vendor contracts
Create detailed wedding day timeline
Create ceremony and reception layout/floorplan
Contact vendors by phone or email 2 weeks prior to the wedding to provide an introduction and contact information, confirm final payments, review contract obligations, and discuss arrival and departure times
Schedule venue walk thru with designer to discuss ceremony and reception layout
Coordinate rehearsal

Wedding Day:

Day of coordination
Additional on-site assistant
Distribute final payments to vendors
Management of timeline, vendors, wedding party, and guests
Set up and breakdown wedding accessories: guest book, unity ceremony, place cards, favors, and wedding signs
