Happily Ever After Package
Our Happily Ever After Package is for couples who have started the planning process and would like a Blushing Brides’ personal consultant to assist them in executing their plan. You will have 5 planning sessions with your personal consultant to review the wedding details, budget, and wedding timeline. Your personal consultant will review all vendor contracts and attend 3 vendor meetings of your choice. To assist with the planning process you will receive monthly email reminders of items to complete.
Pre-Wedding:
- Complimentary consultation
- Schedule initial planning session to discuss wedding details including planning timeline, checklist, & budget
- Create an inspiration wedding vision board
- Schedule and attend Venue Tours
- Assist wedding couple with selecting vendors and attend 3 vendor meetings
- Schedule 3 planning sessions (in addition to the initial and final planning session)
- Schedule final planning session 45 days prior to the wedding to discuss wedding day logistics and review vendor contracts
- Create detailed wedding day timeline
- Wedding couple will receive monthly email reminders of tasks to complete leading up to the wedding day
- Create ceremony and reception layout/floorplan
- Schedule venue walk thru with designer to discuss ceremony and reception layout
- Contact vendors by phone or email 2 weeks prior to the wedding to provide an introduction and contact information, confirm final payments, review contract obligations, and discuss arrival and departure times
- Coordinate rehearsal
Wedding Day:
- Day of coordination
- Additional on-site assistant
- Management of timeline, vendors, wedding party, and guests
- Distribute final payments to vendors
- Set up and breakdown wedding accessories: guest book, unity ceremony, place cards, favors, and wedding signs
